1. Who we are
NaamStar ("we", "us") operates this website and the digital name-matching service described on it. Company name, registered address and business registration number to be added here once the legal entity is finalized.
2. What we sell
NaamStar sells access to digital, automatically generated content: a matched Western name (or shortlist of names) based on inputs you provide (birth date/time or personality selection), together with a description of meaning, origin and a shareable certificate. No physical goods are shipped.
- Free: one name suggestion with a short meaning, at no cost.
- Basic: full list of matched names, story and archetype detail, and a shareable certificate, for a one-time fee shown at checkout.
- Premium: everything in Basic plus a destination-country cultural fit note and a downloadable keepsake certificate, for a one-time fee shown at checkout.
3. Fully automated service
NaamStar is designed to be used entirely through this website. We do not offer telephone support, and no call or in-person interaction is required or offered at any step — from choosing a plan, to paying, to receiving your result.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record. By completing checkout you also agree to that provider's own terms. We do not store your card details.
5. Delivery
Paid content is delivered automatically and immediately after successful payment, on-screen and/or by email. Because delivery is instant, see our Right of Withdrawal page for how this affects cancellation rights.
6. Accuracy of results
Name matches, Nakshatra calculations and cultural-fit notes are generated from a curated database and simplified rules for entertainment, identity and naming-inspiration purposes. They are not astrological, legal, religious or professional advice, and we make no guarantee of astrological accuracy.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the service develops. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
